KLA designed an employee break area and amenity space as part of a renovation of this large office building in San Mateo. In collaboration with Arc Tec, KLA was able to use contemporary design styles and finishes to update the building’s outdated exterior. The new design features employee flex space for break periods that can also be used for small meetings or focus groups. New seat walls and paving materials separate spaces for different uses and the focal point water feature creates a soothing atmosphere for all users of the space.
